FAQ
Is any of this information sent to a server?
No. Everything is read and displayed locally by JavaScript in your browser, nothing is transmitted anywhere, and only you can see the report.
What if the browser or operating system is detected incorrectly?
Detection relies on keyword matching against the User Agent string. Niche browsers, embedded WebViews or a modified User Agent may not be recognized, in which case the field shows "Unknown".
Why does the CPU core count show N/A?
Some browsers, particularly older versions or ones that restrict this API for privacy reasons, do not expose navigator.hardwareConcurrency. When the value is unavailable the field shows "N/A".
What does a touch point count of 0 mean?
It means the current device has no touch screen input, or the browser does not report touch point information. Touch devices such as phones and tablets normally report a value greater than zero.
