FAQ

How are alert levels determined?
By days until expiry: expired (below 0 days), urgent (within 30 days), warning (within 90 days) and normal (beyond 90 days).
What is the batch input format?
One employee per line: name, start date, contract months, e.g. Zhang San,2024-01-01,36. Lines with an invalid format are skipped automatically.
Can I use durations other than 1/3/5 years?
Yes. Single mode offers a custom months option, and batch mode takes any month count in the third column.
How is the expiry date computed?
The contract months are added to the start date, e.g. 2024-01-15 plus 36 months expires on 2027-01-15. Month-end overflow rolls over to the last day of the month.
How are expired contracts displayed?
They are tagged as expired with the number of days overdue, and the summary bar counts them separately.
