Department training survey
Department heads fill in the form to list the most needed training directions, feeding internal course development.
Pre-training baseline record
Record needs and priorities before training starts, then compare them afterwards to verify the training covered the core requirements.
Cross-department resource allocation
Collect forms across departments, compare priorities and allocate resources to the highest-priority training needs first.

FAQ

Must I check at least one training area?
Yes. The generator requires at least one checked area and will show a prompt otherwise.
What priority levels are available?
Each area supports high, medium and low priorities, with medium selected by default.
Can I leave department or position empty?

Is there a limit on the number of employees?
The headcount is a number input with a minimum value of 1. Enter the actual number of participants.
