How to Use
- Enter the total campaign budget in the Total Budget field.
- Fill in each channel row: channel name, CPC (cost per click), conversion rate (clicks to orders, %), average order value and gross margin (%). Use Add Channel for more rows and the ✕ button to remove one.
- Edit any parameter or click Auto-Allocate by Effectiveness; the tool allocates budget shares weighted by each channel's effectiveness score (conversion rate × AOV × margin ÷ CPC, i.e. expected profit per 1 unit of budget).
- Fine-tune the Share column in the result table; if the total is not 100%, shares are normalized automatically with a notice.
- Check the total estimated orders, revenue, profit and overall ROI (profit / budget) cards, then click Copy Result to export a tab-separated summary.
Features
- Effectiveness model: each channel is scored by conversion rate × AOV × margin ÷ CPC, the expected profit per 1 unit of budget.
- Auto allocation: budget is weighted by channel effectiveness; channels with score ≤ 0 get 0, and if all are invalid the budget is split evenly with a warning.
- Estimates: per-channel clicks, orders, revenue and gross profit derived from the allocated amount.
- Summary cards: total estimated orders, revenue, profit and overall ROI at a glance.
- Manual fine-tuning: edit share percentages in the result table for real-time re-calculation; non-100% totals are normalized automatically.
- Sample data: one click loads typical parameters for search ads, feed ads and influencer campaigns.
- Copy results: one-click export of a tab-separated analysis text for spreadsheets or documents.
- Pure front-end calculation: no network calls, no ad-account data; results are for planning reference only.
Use Cases
Budget split for a new product launch
With 100k to split among search ads, feed ads and influencer campaigns, fill in each channel's CPC, conversion rate, AOV and margin to get an effectiveness-weighted allocation and estimated profit in one click.
Compare channel effectiveness
Enter parameters for several candidate channels and compare their effectiveness scores and allocation shares to see which channel yields the highest expected profit per unit of budget.
Quick planning for campaign periods
When the campaign budget is raised at the last minute, adjust the total budget and the tool recalculates shares, estimated orders, revenue and profit instantly.
Fine-tune shares to test margin impact
Shift budget between channels manually to observe how total estimated profit and ROI change, helping evaluate the trade-offs of resource tilts.
Export allocation for reports
Copy the allocation result as text with per-channel details and ROI summary, and paste it straight into weekly or campaign review documents.
FAQ
How is the effectiveness score calculated?
Score = conversion rate × average order value × margin ÷ CPC. It estimates the gross profit expected from 1 unit of budget. Auto allocation weights budget by this score, so higher-score channels get more budget.
Why does one channel get 0 budget?
When a channel's CPC is 0 or its parameters are incomplete so its score is ≤ 0, it receives no allocation and a notice is shown. Check that CPC, conversion rate, AOV and margin are all filled in and greater than 0.
What if my manual shares do not add up to 100%?
The tool normalizes the shares to a 100% total before calculating amounts and shows a notice that normalization happened, so you do not need to make the numbers add up manually.
Are the estimated orders and profit accurate?
Clicks = amount ÷ CPC, orders = clicks × conversion rate, profit = orders × AOV × margin. All figures are linear estimates from your inputs; the closer the inputs are to reality, the more useful the estimates, but they are not a promise of actual results.
Does this tool connect to my ad accounts?
No. It is a pure front-end calculator. All data is computed locally in your browser with no network calls and no access to any ad-account data.
