FAQ

How is performance pay calculated?
Monthly performance pay = performance base x coefficient. The coefficient defaults to 1.0 and is clamped between 0.5 and 2.0.
What is the year-end bonus formula?
Bonus = (monthly base salary + monthly performance pay) / 12 x bonus months. For a 20,000 CNY monthly structure with 2 months of bonus, the bonus is about 33,333 CNY.
How is social insurance estimated?
The personal contribution is roughly estimated as base salary x 10.5%. Actual ratios depend on local policies and the insured wage base.
What is the denominator for the ratios?
Ratios are computed against the annual total, covering base salary, performance pay, allowance and year-end bonus.
What if base and performance are both zero?
When both are zero the tool treats the input as invalid and hides the results.
